You agree to provide truthful and accurate information in your assessments. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, risk models, calculations, and software are the property of ImpactGuard. You may download and use your own reports for internal business purposes.

6. Payment Terms

Certain features may require payment. All payments are processed through Stripe. Refund policies are outlined at the time of purchase.

7. Limitation of Liability

ImpactGuard shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service, including but not limited to business decisions made based on risk estimates.
